This conference is in-person only. Our policy is that everyone pays to attend, including presenters and workshop leaders. There are no free tickets.

​Virtual Tickets are available to delegates wishing to present online rather than in-person in Bergen. Virtual presenters will be placed in sessions (Monday or Tuesday only) with other virtual presenters. Such sessions will not include in-person presenters or in-person audience from the conference as this conference does not support hybrid formats. The papers submitted by virtual presenters will be included in the conference proceedings and also considered for journal publication on an equal footing with all conference papers. Virtual presenters will not have access to workshop, keynote or other in-person sessions.

This rate covers full in-person participation at the conference, including all social evening events.

Social Guest Only
Ticket
€275 + VAT*
Social guests (husbands, wives, partners, etc.) are invited to the social evening events but may NOT attend daytime sessions.

In-Person Ticket includes: Conference Entry (all days), Delegate Badge, Conference App, Conference Proceedings, ISPIM Membership (free and without obligation), Welcome Meet & Greet (Sunday), Conference Dinners x 2 (Monday & Tuesday), Lunches & Refreshment Breaks. Social evenings include food and both soft and alcoholic drinks.​​
