Pricing
This is primarily an in-person conference, and all delegates - including presenters and workshop leaders - must register and pay the applicable conference fee. Complimentary tickets are not available.
Virtual Tickets are available for delegates presenting online, with dedicated virtual sessions held on Tuesday or Wednesday. As the conference is not hybrid, these sessions will not include in-person participants or provide access to workshops, keynotes or other on-site activities. Virtual papers will be included in the proceedings and considered for journal publication on the same basis as all other submissions.
Conference Delegate Ticket

This rate covers full participation at the conference, including access to all evening social events.
Full-time students are eligible for a 10% discount.
Latvia-Based Delegate Ticket
€350 + VAT*
This specially subsidised rate is available exclusively to delegates based in Latvia and includes full participation at the conference, including access to all evening social events. Daytime-only registration options are also available.
Social Guest Only
Ticket
€225 + VAT*
Includes access to all social evening events only. Social guests (spouses, partners, etc.) are not permitted to attend daytime sessions or tours.
Virtual Presenter Only Ticket
€350 + VAT*
Available for delegates who prefer to present online instead of attending in person. Virtual presenters will be scheduled in dedicated online sessions (Tuesday or Wednesday only) alongside other virtual presenters.
In-Person Ticket includes: Full conference entry, a delegate badge, access to the Eventsential event platform, conference proceedings, and complimentary ISPIM membership with no ongoing obligation. It also includes the Sunday Welcome Meet & Greet, evening social events on Monday and Tuesday, lunches, and refreshments during scheduled breaks. Food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the evening events. The Welcome Meet & Greet and evening social events are not included with daytime-only tickets for Latvia-based delegates.
Virtual Presenter Only Ticket includes: Access via Eventsential to your scheduled virtual presentation session, the event platform and conference proceedings, plus complimentary ISPIM membership with no ongoing obligation.
* Latvian VAT will be added to all in-person tickets and, where applicable, to virtual tickets. Organisations may be eligible to reclaim this VAT.
